Daniel Bianchetta
has been photographing for nearly thirty years, primarily
in the color photographic process.
He is an Independent Contractor at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, Ca.
Daniel’s sensitive
eye finds him creating deeply moving and emotional images of the
Big
Sur coastline, and following
Native American Rock Art sites throughout the Southwest, Canada, and
Hawaii. His passion for the Big Sur California coastal tribe, the
Esselen, has led him to an in-depth study of their way of life and
history. His photographic
work is in galleries and private collections all over the world.
Daniel is
also a gifted intuitive counselor and has taught meditation practice for
over thirty years.
He makes his home/studio in Big Sur with his artist / photographer
wife Cynthia. Together they lead Big Sur Photography Workshops and
lead week long seminars for the Esalen Institute.
Cynthia Johnson-Bianchetta's
work can been seen at her photography and
painting websites.
