Roots


	Roots The central figure to the left has roots coming out of his feet. The figures beside both have dots coming out of their heads. This image is grounded in both the earth and the heavens, to me. The figure with roots is offering grain, and feels very Shamanic to me. The image with no arms or legs seems to be a dream-body, or spirit body, used for journeying. And the image to the far right, is seen a lot in Africa, and represents being able to see into/through the body. These three images might be three phases of journeying, or three separate people. This site was a perfect amphitheater, a place where sound would resonate very well. It would have been a wonderful place for ceremony.
